Returns and Exchanges
Rootfurniture.com is committed to offering the highest quality products to our customers. Our merchandise is carefully inspected before leaving our facility.  All customers will be notified once order is shipped.

You may cancel your online order as long as the order has not been shipped.  Once the order has been sent out, it cannot be canceled.  The order may be returned upon receipt.  If returned, customer will be responsible for all shipping and processing fees associated with order.

If you are not satisfied with your order after delivery, you may return unused, undamaged merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order for exchange, credit, or refund (excluding all shipping and processing fees).   Returns after 14 days will not be refunded, but may be eligible for exchanges or credit.

We will honor our customer’s requests not to receive future communication and we will not sell, rent or share your personal email address.

We occasionally share the postal addresses of customers with our affiliated companies and select partner companies whom we deem trustworthy. These partners may contact you with products or services that may be of interest to you. Your personal email address will not be shared, sold, or rented.
